Can I have GCA link to our site?
If your site would be of interest to our viewers, we would be glad to add a link. Please review the kinds of sites we link to and see if your site would fit in with the subjects we cover. Go to our contact page and send your suggestion under the subject "Suggested Content".
Why are your books and report sold in electronic format?
This helps keep the price of our products reasonably priced. It is expensive to print and inventory physical books, especially if they are specialized. It also allows you to get your book immediately, and for us to be able to make them available in a more timely manner.
We do list many books about green trading and energy issues, in our books resources section. This list many books by Peter Fusaro and other industry experts which are available for sale from Amazon.
When I register for a seminar, will I receive a physical ticket to the event?
No, you will receive an email with a confirmation number. Please take it to the event. If you don't have it, we can verify your registration at the door, but that will take a little longer.
How many times can I download my product?
You can download your product up to five times, over a period of two weeks. You may need to download it again if you lose it or accidentally delete it. Be sure to make a copy of your file after you download it, and keep it in a safe place. You may make as many backup copies as you like, please just don't share them with others.
How do I download my purchase?
After your order is completed and payment is received, you will receive an email with a link to your product.
You can also find your downloadable products by going to the "My Account" link at the bottom of the left column, and clicking on the "Files" tab. All of your current purchases available for download will be listed there.

Will the books and reports I order from your site be sent to me?
All the books and product we sell on our site are in Adobe PDF format, delivered electronically. You will be able to log in to our site and download the product to your computer, where you can view it. You may also print them out, and view them on any computer or electronic device you own. All we ask is that you don't give copies away, or post them to the Internet.
